PDS Technical Support – Information You Will Need:
You will need access to your P-PC when contacting support. Having access to your VCM when powered up and your PFM PC would also be very useful. Make sure you have the following information available:
- PDS & VCM Versions – These can be found on the Settings > Versions tab:
- PDS Version
- VCM Expiration
- VCM Serial#
- BCF
- Prom
- Bootstrap

- Pocket-PC Make and Model – For example 'HP hx2490'
- VCM Light Sequence you are seeing – Jot down the LED states by their numbers
- PFM Version – Under the Help > About menu
- PFM PC – What Operating System?
- Vehicle Type and Model Year – for vehicle specific problems
