NOTE: IDS R72 software release is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit operating system, except for the following uses: Windows 7 64-bit operating systems will not support MD Truck use. Window 7 64-bit operating system supports SYNC Programming with IDS R76 Software. Windows 7 64-bit operating systems that are installed with 2 (two) Internet Explorer versions,  one is labled "Internet Explorer" and the other "Internet Explorer (64-bit)". The PTS Read VIN & DTCs function and Toolbox tab are not supported by the Internet Explorer 64-bit version. Generic OBDII Support of Windows 7 64-Bit is now available with IDS R72. We highly recommend running IDS on a Windows 32-Bit Operating System.
