Certain features of this website require cookies to be enabled on your browser. A cookie is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web server. Cookies contain information about who you are and your preferences, and are used to provide personalized services when you visit the Motorcraft® Technical Resources website. Allowing a website to create a cookie does not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer – only the site that created the cookie can read it.

1. On the top menu bar, click Tools; then click Internet Options.

4. Make sure the security level is set to Medium, Medium-low, or Low. The High security level does not allow cookies.

If you have selected the Custom security level, click on the Custom Level button and scroll down to where it says Cookies. “Allow cookies that are stored on your computer” should be enabled. Click OK.
